By placing your order you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Basic Terms and Conditions:

• Orders are billed at the time they are placed

• Returns for non-defective items are accepted withing 30 days of receipt of initial purchase. Buyer to pay return shipping.

• Refunds are processed only after a return and after UPR Home Entertainment Systems can verify that the product is either in working order (in the case of a normal return) or that there is a problem with the unit (defective return).

• Defective returns can have replacements sent out instead. Buyer pays return shipping, UPR Home Entertainment Systems pays shipping for replacement unit.

• If a shipment is returned by the courier because of an incorrect address provided by you, you will be liable for all additional shipping costs. You can be refunded (less the additional costs) or you can pay the additional costs and have it shipped to a correct address.

• No returns for non-defective items are accepted after 30 days of receiving. No exceptions.

• UPR reserves the right to limit quantities sold

• You agree to all terms described in the warranty and guarantee conditions.
