After researching many android box systems, I decided to buy from UPR Home Entertainment Systems. I’m sure happy that I did! It’s a no fuss box,simple to operate and Randall from UPR is always available for support if required. Updates are also smooth and simple. I have lots of friends with android boxes and all I hear from them is issues they have with them. This just doesn’t happen with a UPR box.

I have recently moved 6 hours north and brought my UPR Streaming system with me. I was a bit nervous that the system would have “glitches” or I wouldn’t receive the excellent service as I did in Georgetown. All I did was re-connect the system in my new home and everything was up and running as it did before. I’ve had this system for probably 3 years now and still LOVE IT!!! Easy to use, great entertainment “on demand” and above all, great service from Randal. He doesn’t just sell his product, he most certainly stands behind it. Randal keeps us informed of any changes or updates on a regular basis and answers any questions you may have. Best of all, no monthly bills!!!

I got 2 when the store opened . I had a competitors before and it was a nightmare. Always had to go back for upgrades and never good
This unit is amazing. It works perfect and if the sources change you get an online update that is so easy to use and the unit is right back to perfect from my own house.
Just a brilliant set up.
I mainly love movies and have had a ball all summer. Also some fun tv so if you get a chance to get one you will be very happy with what it does but as good as the unit is you will have to go a long way to even come close to the way he takes care of you once you get it. I can honestly say I have never had such amazing support on a product especially for the low investment. I have sent a lot of people and all are as happy

I have had my UPR system for almost 2 years now. Its the second streaming system that I currently have hooked up to my TV. My first system needs updating quite frequently and I need to take it to the original place of purchase and leave it overnight for then to update.Therefore I only use it for surfing and YouTube. My UPR system is great for movies and everything else. And I really like their customer service in that they email update notifications regularly. And their updates are very easy to install. I would definitely recommend UPR for anyone wanting to get rid of their cable.

We have been using the UPR system for over a year. The most important feature of the UPR service, in our opinion, is the support. The configuration is plug-and-play out of the box (no special skills needed) and it is maintained and kept current for me at the push of a button. You may have heard that anyone can install a streaming player on an Android device – well you can – but that’s just the beginning; if you enjoy tinkering with software components, and have the skills, you can build and customize a working system yourself; or take your chances with a “fully-loaded” system and maintain it yourself. I put this to the test personally; and I can tell you it is quite complicated, requires know-how, and a good deal of time and effort; especially when he results are not what was expected – I was not satisfied with my experiment, which didn’t come close to UPR; and really learned to appreciate what great value UPR provides. Randal is very responsive, should the odd issue arise, and fully supports the system both hardware and software. We are very satisfied with our streaming experience and can get all of our viewing needs met using the product. We no longer need satellite TV – the pay-back period is a couple of months – you will not be disappointed. We use and can recommend the optional premium host service, which is the price of a coffee and do-nut monthly, and greatly improves the quality of our streaming experience.

I bought my UPR system in March and couldn’t be happier with it. I recently went to Mexico for a week and took the system with me, it was great being able to watch Baseball on vacation. Randall provides excellent service. It is great saving $100 a month by not having tv subscription.

I have been enjoying the UPR streaming box for five months now and it has been such a lifestyle changer! Not only do i save on cable bills, but on hotel movie charges as well when I travel.
But just the other day, my kids somehow deleted important operating files. As nervous as I was, Randal quickly came to the rescue and walked me through reconstructing it step by step!

I wrote my first review about a year and a half ago and I wanted to say that I am still very pleased with my system.
When talking with a friend who has an android box, we were comparing notes about using kodi.
She said that after having her tv box for a couple of months it just doesn’t seem to work right anymore. I was surprised and showed her how well ours worked from UPR. I also told her it was over a year that we had it and it works even better now. (maybe because I know how to look for stuff better) – She is ordering one today.

I have been using UPR’s streaming box for over a month now. On 2 instances, due to technical glitches, I was “locked-out” and unable to watch any shows. We purchased an Android box that did not work and could not get any support .
We spoke with Randal at the Georgetown Mall where had a display of his system, he assured us the system worked and that he would stand behind it no matter what .
Randal came to our home and set the system up, showed us how it worked and has been there each and every time we have had any questions or needed any help.
The system has saved us on cable costs and in less than 1 year we have recovered the cost of the system.
Randal also help us to find an internet provider that could supply the speed & data to run the system

I wish that I met Randall first and discovered how great the UPR home system is. I originally purchased a matricom android box on amazon which claimed to be fully loaded. This was not the case and led to frustration. Luckily I was able to return it but of course not at full price paid. Lesson learned. The UPR system has fully surpassed my expectations and I am recommending this product to all.

I met Randal while shopping at the Georgetown Mall in late 2015 where he was demonstrating his home entertainment system.
We head south to Florida every winter to a complex that has limited cable channels and which are also not HD quality. We also miss Canadian TV content and news and my wife does not have access to any of her favorite British soaps (a necessity!).
Randal caught my interest when he explained that if we had high speed internet his system was capable of delivering this and much more, all in HD quality.
We purchased a system and have been delighted with its performance. The system is extremely portable, small (roughly the size of a credit card) and easy to connect to the internet. We currently have it hooked up to a 65″ HD television in Florida.
Randal has customized the content menu presentation for easy and intuitive navigation. The content selection is vast to say the least and most recently produced content is in HD quality. For example, i was ecstatic to be able to stream the recent Superbowl game in full HD quality much to the amazement of others in our complex.
Randal has been very responsive to any questions we have had, most of which relate to the best streaming source to find specific content.
All in all, we are very pleased with the system and would highly recommend it to others.

I wish I had met Randal sooner! The quality and quantity of TV shows, movies, concerts and for sports lovers, lots and lots super channels is better than ever. Many shows/movies take me back to my childhood which brings much fond memories. There is no need to go to the theatre any longer or buy any DVD’s as I have access now to fantastic movies including Oscar/Academy award winners. The system is extremely user friendly, easier to use than any other device. I no longer pay for a subscription for television programming that was repetitive and for content not worth watching. Since meeting Randal, I have watched constant quality content that I CHOOSE to watch!! Great service as well. Randal is very helpful and always ready and willing to answer any of my questions.

Due to my increasing dissatisfaction with the cost of cable, the lack of programming and too many channels showing the same program, I started researching for an alternative. When I heard about the UPR streaming device I wanted to give it a try and see how it works.
I had the device installed early last fall by UPR Home Systems. Randal was very helpful at showing me how to use the system, it was a very easy learning curve. If I had any questions he was always available to help answer my questions.
I am amazed at the amount of programs that are available, from Movies of all genres and unending series, some of which I had missed because I didn’t subscribe to HBO or Netflix. I especially like British programs which I have been watching to my heart’s content. Also, on a trip to Florida for a month, I was able to take the unit and hook it to the TV there and was able to watch Canadian TV (eg Global). So we were up to date with news from home. We even found the Grey Cup game on a feed from Britain, how cool is that? I am so happy I have found this solution. My TV watching has changed forever for the better.

My fiancée and I were going over our Rogers bill a couple of weeks ago and, for TV alone, without any movie channels, was over $130 a month. After speaking to UPR, Randal came to our home, set up the box and walked us through the operations. There is a slight learning curve but now, everyone in our home watches exactly what they want and there is no monthly fees to pay. It all runs through our existing internet service.

I am a senior citizen age 80, and I have a new system that I am enjoying and finding it new
but a joy to operate.
This system has cut my cable bill in half and that is a blessing for me as a senior.
