Shopping for a Streaming TV Box can be confusing. With more and more Android Box versions and clones available, consumers may have a hard time sorting through the features. But which are features, and which are gimmicks?

Many of the Android Box ads and posts are similar. Here are a number of things to watch out for when considering a streaming device.

Examples of Android Box Ad Layouts

Here are a couple of examples of standard Android Box ad layouts. When presenting the product, it is quite common for a similar layout to be used.

Viewers will notice the common arrangement of feature icons surrounding the product picture. Each of these feature icons is meaning to tell you something about the product. But are they telling you anything useful or relevant?

Hardware Specifications

Hardware specifications are another thing you will see in Android box product placement spots . This is a listing of all of the internal computer hardware components.

Unlike many standard computers; however, these devices are often filled with higher rated components (such as processor, memory etc.) that are of a lesser quality.

For example, a quality quad-core (4 cores) processor will often be superior to a cheap octa-core (8 cores) processor. Don’t be fooled by a long list of specs.
